    You earn points by completing workouts, hitting personal bests, doing cardio sessions, and sticking to daily habits and nutrition goals.
    All points are tracked on a leaderboard, so you can see your progress and celebrate wins along the way — whether that’s strength, consistency, or confidence.

  • You can choose home or gym workouts, depending on what suits your lifestyle.
    You’ll receive two 4-week training blocks, each with clearly structured sessions and exercise videos so you know exactly what to do.

    Each week includes:

    • 2 lower-body sessions

    • 2 upper-body sessions

    The programming focuses on well-rounded movement, strength, and progression — suitable for all levels, with options provided.

  • Not at all. You don’t need to be an expert (or even count calories if you don’t want to).
    You’ll receive a simple, easy-to-follow guide that covers the nutrition basics — the “101” — so you understand what matters without feeling overwhelmed.

  • You won’t be given a strict meal plan to follow. Instead, you’ll learn how to build meals that work for your preferences, lifestyle, and goals.
    This approach helps you create sustainable habits you can actually stick to — during the challenge and long after it’s finished.

  • The challenge is personally overseen by Joelene, who manages the programming, guidance, and overall experience throughout the 8 weeks.
    She’s supported by a dedicated assistant who helps track points and keep everything running smoothly, so you’re fully supported from start to finish.
